Garlic Bread

High quality extra virgin olive oil is a must here.
Diet Types: Dairy Free, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 1 loaf French, Italian or Sourdough bread, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions, white and green parts
  • Serves: 6
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Mince garlic and scallions together until finely chopped and well mixed. Using a pastry brush, dip into oil and spread on sliced bread. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of garlic-scallion mixture onto bread and spread around with back of spoon. Broil until golden.
